Terms of Service

A school must have authority to create its account and process the records it enters. The school is responsible for assigning appropriate roles, keeping login details secure and removing access when a staff member no longer needs it.

Users must not misuse the platform, access another school's data, upload unlawful content, interfere with service operation or use KlasNG for fraudulent payments or records.

KlasNG has no setup fee or monthly subscription. Klas costs ₦500 per student per year. Payment providers may charge separate processing fees. The current pricing page controls if a clearly published price changes.

KlasNG works to keep the service available and to communicate material maintenance or changes. No uptime guarantee or service-level agreement applies unless it is stated in a separate written agreement with the school.

A school may stop using the service. The school should export the records it needs before account closure and contact support where an assisted export is required. Legal, fraud-prevention or financial records may need to be retained for a limited period.
