Is Klas really free?

There is no setup fee or monthly subscription. Klas costs ₦500 per student per year. Payment processor charges are shown separately.

Can I still record cash payments?

Absolutely. Admins can manually record cash, bank transfer (outside the platform), and POS payments. The fee only applies to online payments processed through Paystack.

Is there a limit on number of students?

No. Whether you have 50 students or 5,000 — Klas handles them all with no extra charge.

Do you offer demo/trial before I commit?

Yes! You can register your school and get started immediately. There is nothing to "commit" to — since it's free, you can start using it and stop any time.

What happens to our data if we stop using it?

Schools can export available student, payment and result records in supported CSV or PDF formats. Contact Klas support before deactivation if you need help preparing an export.
