Refund Policy

School fees are charged by the school, so the school's published refund and cancellation rules apply. KlasNG does not independently approve a refund of fees owed to a school.

If an account is debited but a payment is not confirmed, or the same payment is processed more than once, contact the school and KlasNG with the transaction reference. KlasNG will check the provider status and support reconciliation or reversal where the provider confirms an error.

Bank and payment-provider review times vary. A user should not repeat a payment until its status has been checked. Chargebacks and payment disputes are also subject to the rules of the issuing bank and payment provider.

Email info@klasng.com with the school name, payer name, amount, date and transaction reference. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time codes.
