## Results and report-card readiness

A school should create the academic session and term, create classes, assign students to those classes, and add the relevant subjects before entering results. Assigned students should then appear in Results and Report Cards for the selected class, session and term. If a class roster contains students but the results screen still shows zero, that is not an additional paid setup step; contact KlasNG support with the school, class, session and term so the data path can be checked.

Results are not automatically public. Parents see a term result only after an authorised school user publishes the relevant class result for that term and session.
